Storage FAQs

What sizes of units do you have?
TGI has sizes ranging from 5 x 5 to 10 x 20 and about 8’high (all dimensions are approximate).  Please feel free to come in and measure our units to see which one would fit your needs.

Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes, here at TGI we have climate controlled units available which are designed at a set temperature range and are available.

Why are indoor units better than outdoor units?
Indoor units are more secure and are protected from the outside elements.  Indoor units have broader hallways and elevators for easier access.

Do you rent space month-to-month or do I have to sign a lease?
Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements – many discounts are offered for 3 month or longer leases.

Do I need to give you notice when I move out?
Yes. A 48 hour notice is advised so we can ensure you do not incur unnecessary charges; however, the more advance notice you can provide the better. On the day of your move out, just remove your lock and let us know when you have vacated your unit.

When can I access my storage unit?
TGI has set access hours however 24 hour access is available.

If I lose my key and/or access card, what do I do?
Contact our business office 610-352-2500 for assistance during regular office hours.

What kind of documentation do I need to provide to rent a storage unit?
You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID or passport).

Do you have handcarts or dollies I can use at your facilities?
Yes. You’re welcome to use our complimentary carts and dollies while you’re at Public Storage.

Can I rent in person, or on the telephone?
You can call us 610-352-2500 to ask questions and reserve a unit. After hours you can also rent a unit at our facility by going to E-move.com where you will be able to look at sizes and units that are available along with current rates.  E-move agents are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Supplies FAQs

If I do not rent storage, can I still purchase storage and moving supplies?
Yes. We selll boxes, tape, protective wrap, furniture covers, dish-packs, glass-packs and more. You don’t need to be a storage customer to buy supplies.

Do you keep a key to my storage unit?
No one else has a lock to that unit by you. You can use your own lock or purchase one at our facility.  We sell only the best maximum security disc locks and padlocks.

How do I pay my bill?
Our ways to pay:

    Pay by mail.
    Mail your payment. Please include your storage unit number on your check or money order.
    Pay in person.
    Pay your bill onsite with cash, check or credit card.
    Pay by credit card.
    Visa/MasterCard
    Pay by telephone. Call 610-352-2500
